Finding Balance in Life

“I need to find more balance in my life.” “My life is so out of balance right now!” How often have you made statements such as these? Fall is Underway!

It’s official! Fall is underway. Not only does the calendar tell us so, but the weather is most definitely changing. And have you noticed how dark it is in the early morning and how night is beginning to come on sooner too?

With her support, I realized that my position didn't suit my natural knack for listening to people and solving their problems. I got up the courage to become a life coach myself, helping other nurses in the Denver area de-stress and find balance in their lives, just as someone else had done for me."
